What software system you know for monitoring employee productivity?
I am looking for software solution that can be used to track my employees when they are working from home or outside…. Problem we are facing is employees are given freenternet access and they are wasting slot of time and resources. I wish to monitor. Them and track them.

Right of the bat I don’t want to use a Mac, and Lenovo doesn’t sell the the 701 anymore. The screen on the Lenovo 510 is a 15" which I find too small.
I don’t know which laptop I should get from HP or Dell. Price does matter. The specs and prices of the laptops I found are listed below. I need a laptop that will last me my whole architecture education and that will perform very very very well for the next few years. I need some advice from any architects and soon to be architects please.
