Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant travelling papers through the assistance of the company’s legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
Employer shall also take care of employees’ air ticket including that of employees’ family only on employees’ early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)

ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
HEWLETT PACKARD (HP) hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee’s duties may be reasonably modified at HEWLETT PACKARD (HP) discretion from time to time.

ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to HEWLETT PACKARD (HP).
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the production of the computers, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.

ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee’s full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee’s employment, and the Hewlett Packard obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.

ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause Hewlett Packard may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days’ written notice to the Employee, the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addi

This is nothing but a scam to eventually steal all of your money and commit identity theft with your information. They will ask you to send a copy of your passport to some "agency" to process the visa, then ask for money. Then ask for more money for another certificate. Then more money then more until you finally wake up and realise it’s been a scam all the time

A major global company like HP is NEVER going to offer a job over the internet. If you were not flown to the UK for an interview at their head office in Bristol (they aren’t in London) then the job doesn’t exist. A company cannot get a visa for a person they’ve never met in person. That’s one of the requirements the company has to prove – that they have either flown to meet you or flown you in to meet them for at least 2 interviews before they can offer you the job and sponsor a visa

I graduated with a degree in IT engineering from an engineering college affiliated to University Of Pune, India in 2009. While still in college I did not have any job offer from any IT companies visiting our campus, all due to low grades and poor academic performance. I managed to get a job off campus where I was hired as an Trainee Software Developer in a start-up IT company. I started working there but my job was more of QA where I would test the mobile games that are being developed and port them from J2ME to Android to some extent.

After studying 4 years of engineering, I realized that I am not interested working much into technology as working on the business side. So i made up mind and resigned from the job after 5 months.As I was more keen on getting broader business experience before pursuing a full time career in any industry & becoming an expert in that field, so I started doing research about Strategy Consulting and dreaming working in MCKinsey/BCG/ Bain. I applied for above three and a few other but all in vain as I never got through, as I realized it is highly impossible to get into these companies with such low grades and no work experience. Also these companies mostly hire IIT graduates.

My academic performance is very average with very little extra curricular.

Graduation (B.Tech) (average of 4 years)- 52.4%, I flunked once in graduation. During that 1 year gap in engineering I worked for 7 months as an IT Support Engineer in the IT department of an construction company where my work was to troubleshoot hardware/software/LAN/WAN problem, installing & updating software packages/LAN/WAN, and conducting a review of the configuration of computers in the organization.

After 6 months of gap since resignation from the first job after graduation I managed to get a job of an Analyst from one of the Big 4 for their Risk Advisory services. Here my work revolves around AUTOMOBILE/MANUFACTURING companies, where I help my team members in creating Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Audit, conducting business process reviews and formatting word documents & PPT, creating minutes of meetings in Microsoft office 2007.

As I have very less interest in programming and my programming skills are also average, I took up this job which pays me over Rs.15,000/- a month. Its been more than 1 month since I took up this job. Most of the people in my team (15) are Chartered Accountants except for my manager who is an MBA graduate and is a Mechanical Engineering degree undergraduate. Also I came to that people working at this designation as me (Analyst) are mostly 99.99% commerce graduates, just out of their colleges .

My future plan is to pursue an MBA from an international B-school, 2-3 years from now. I am not expecting to get an admit in to Harvard or London Business school but I am aiming for an globally recognized institute. I took up this job because I thought the name of Big 4 on my resume would fill up the gaps due to poor academic performance during engineering. I am planning to work here for 2 years (1 at least) & I am thinking of trying again for Business Analyst position at McKinsey after 1 year. But this feeling of me being an IT engineer working with commerce undergraduates and doing Internal Audit is not letting me focus on my daily work hence my productivity is getting hampered.

I am really CONFUSED whether or not I have taken a right decision. I am wondering what impact this decision will have when I would be applying to top 20 b-schools in UK/US/France ?? How Your Business Can Save $6500/Year.

If you run a small business, you probably have a hidden expense that’s eating your time, and your business’s money: Tracking employee time and productivity.

When businesses are small, traditional practice is to use some sort of manual time keeping system to log employee hours. Each employee fills out a paper time sheet, the payroll administrator goes over the time sheets, cuts the checks, handles the deductions and government paperwork, and deals with requests for time off, overtime and vacation days.

As businesses grow and add employees, this manual system becomes more and more cumbersome. The steps to automation start out small – an automated punch clock and pre-printed time cards, and a rapid switch from manual time keeping to using a spreadsheet.

But even this level of automation requires manual re-keying of data, and as the number of employees grows, the more demanding the needs are for your time and attendance and payroll systems. A lot of businesses end up “trapped” with a legacy system, usually cobbled together out of several different parts, perhaps even with custom programming in the mix.

Payroll accounting is a repetitive and aggravating task which takes up valuable administrative personnel who could be serving your business in other revenue generating capacities. Even with all the automated steps described above, payroll calculation errors account for nearly 10 billion dollars in assessed fees and lawsuits annually in the United States alone. Some estimates say that one in four employers make regular and habitual payroll errors, mostly dealing with withholding or insurance deductions. Others say this estimate is undercounting the problem, and that as the tax code gets more arcane, it will only get worse.

The single most common cause of payroll errors is, well, human errors. Especially in systems with paper based punch clocks or manual time cards, human error (as simple as transposing digits or double entering figures) can be very costly, and cause the need to do adjustment checks or entire correction payroll runs. Most payroll errors are in the range of 1-8%, and even at 1%, when multiplied over several employees, adds up to tens of thousands of dollars of lost revenue.

Human error gets compounded when paper time cards get smudged, coffee gets split on them, employee’s “buddy punch” for each other or they just record their time inaccurately. Couple this with the time spent to verify results, and the time spent doing payroll accounting (an average of 7 minutes per time card per employee), and you’ll see that a lot of this could be eliminated if you had an automated time and attendance system with integrated payroll processing functionality.

In addition to paying for itself in saved time and reduced error rates, an automated time and attendance and payroll system provides your management team with accurate information about which employees are in on time, and how many man hours (and dollars) are being spent on each part of a project, an important part of cost accounting and project management.

Personally, I really like the thinkpad design and I think it looks great !! I used for my computer and i love the thinkpad !! really reliable !!! but SL 410 the CPU is a little bit slow !!
but the G560 has the ten-key pad …!!!!
