How to make a software for use in factories to moniter productivity and losses with out any software knowhow?
I know the input and output requirements. Only thing is I do not know how to write a software programme. I should hire a soft ware engineer or software developers and how to find one?

HIRE A GOOD ONE AND MAKE SURE THE PROGRAM IS PATENTED AND COPYRIGHTED TO YOU AND NOT HIM .
