Is there a screen monitoring software that will allow me to monitor productivity of home based agents?
I run a virtual call center with 5 web based agents. As the call center manager i need to monitor my agents live screens to monitor their productivity during work sessions. Is there software available for me to access this ability on my macbook with which i administrate the virtual call center?

Try VNC Free. You will have to install the software on their PC’s as well as yours and set it up but it is fairly simple.

as far as i know there is no software available for monitoring a pc from a mac.
